Before your appointment

• Please text as it is easier for me to keep track of the information and appointments

• Information to tell the groomer: weight, breed, and age of your pet, any medical or skin concerns, type of haircut

• Have a current rabies vaccine on file or near by

• Fill out the intake for and waiver online that is provided by the groomer

• Is there any matting or knots that you can feel on their fur? Please let groomer know when making appointment

During your appointment

• Drop off; please text when you arrive and the groomer will come out to you

• We will treat your pet with love and care

• The safety and health of your pet is our highest priority

• Your groomer will contact you if there are any additional questions throughout the grooming process or if there will be any additional charges that apply.

• Your groomer will let you know when your pet will be ready for pick up

• Please try to pick up your pet at a timely manner

Payment for your appointment

• Payment can be cash, Zelle, or Venmo

• It will be let know if there are added charges for matting or special handling

• Tips are always welcome and greatly appreciated
